Chapter 12 Wine Bar opened in Hailsham, as a place where people could come and enjoy high quality service in a pleasing environment with spaces to suit different groups. Previously a newsagents, the empty shop, with high ceilings and mezzanine floor, required sufficient heat to keep the environment warm when open and at set back temperature when closed. The open plan space heating needed to be programmable, tamper-proof and be pleasantly warm for their customers to relax.
Due to planning restrictions and budget constraints, the owner couldn’t use other heating options. Our approved installers measured and suggested positioning of heaters for maximum heat yield. In the end, Avant DGP radiators were chosen. The system features a tamper-proof setting, and comes with total flexibility of control for different areas – ideal for a ‘multi-use’ venue.
