Delivery Options for You

Our ordering process is simple, and we provide flexible delivery options to suit your needs. From courier service for smaller orders to palletized delivery for larger shipments, we ensure your products arrive quickly and reliably. For added convenience, you can also choose local collection from our showroom. Explore the options below to find the best fit for your order.

Up to 3 Heaters

Orders of up to 3 heaters are delivered by Parcelforce at a cost of £20 per heater.

4 or More Heaters

Orders of 4 or more heaters are delivered on a pallet through Jack Richards (Palletline) at a cost of £71.46. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Small Items

Small items such as thermostats and controllers are sent by Royal Mail at a cost of £7.14 and normally arrive within two working days after despatch.

Collection

Save on shipping by selecting Local Collection when ordering and pick up your order from our Showroom.

Please note: Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man or Channel Islands. Orders placed before 2 pm are normally despatched the next working day. Parcelforce parcels normally arrive the next working day after despatch (Monday to Friday); pallet deliveries through Jack Richards (Palletline) normally arrive within two working days after despatch. Rarely, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

We use a reputable, tried and tested national network of delivery companies who provide a polite, helpful service. Our standard pallet service is 48 hours (Monday to Friday) however if you need next day or timed delivery let us know and we can provide a cost.

If for any reason you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the driver will try to leave your heater with a neighbour. If your parcel is left with a neighbour or taken back to the depot, the driver will place a card through you door explaining what to do.

For your convenience we can deliver to your home, designated neighbour or your work address.
