Really pleased with the new Ducasa Avant DGi+ radiators, which look and perform so much better than our old storage heaters. Coupled with a new towel rail and hot water controller, we can now control all the heating and water in our holiday let remotely which is great for managing our energy use – and our guests love it too. The team’s service from initial advice to follow-up support has also been excellent. Recommended.

Bought some Ducasa heaters last autumn for a holiday let. They replaced tired old storage heaters. Couldn’t be happy with their performance and ease of use. Now able to control the heating 70 miles away simply by picking up an ipad. When I made an with the system error the gentleman at the Ducasa in Norwich helped me get the system working again. We ordered two Avant DGi+ low level radiators for our garden room. Maxine at Ducasa gave us lots of advice and help so that we got the right product for us. The rads have been fitted and they’re fantastic. They look great and the room is nice and toasty. Ducasa were brilliant and we’d thoroughly recommend them.

We used Ducasa to replace our storage heaters in 2021. They were for our holiday let.
They have been brilliant. Stylish and easy to use. The app is great as well because we can pre program them to be on for when we arrive at the holiday home after a 2.5 hour journey, something that was impossible with storage heaters.
The open window detection is also great to save energy costs when the smart radiators detect a fall in temperature.
We recently bought a further heated towel rail and they stayed open for us to buy and collect beyond the normal working day. Great service

The heaters work really well, very efficient, compared to last November, according to EON, this November we have used 45% less electric and we have a warm house when we want it! Glad the old night storage heaters have gone, hot when we were out and cold at night when home. Only one grumble and that is I struggle to program towel rail. If I had the option again, I would go for radiators instead as they can be programmed fully via the App

We used Ducasa to replace the storage heaters to replace storage heaters in my mother’s new bungalow. Our visit to the shop was very useful and Maxine was very good at explaining everything. In particular we were attracted to the app which allows mum to control her heating and hot water remotely, and for us to do it for her if required as app can be on several devices. We had some issues with the completion date but luckily we were able to leave the radiators with Ducasa until we were ready. The radiators heat up very quickly and are very controllable. It’s also very easy to have the radiators set to different temperatures at different times meaning that it’s very personalised. Very happy.
